Our Philosophy: Finding What REALLY Works

What would you say if I told you, you, YOU, could get a hold of the BEST exercise program in the world to get HUGE, and not only that, as an added bonus, you could get the most detailed, scientifically proven diet plan in the world, leaving you with a Hollywood Action Star’s physique?
Now, what would you say if I told you that this plan…
Does. Not. Work.
A lot of programs in the diet and fitness world work for a given value of the word “work”. Heck, even a lot of the crappy stuff “works” in the sense that if you followed it, it would give you results. The problem comes from the fact that the programs require a level of time and discipline that the average person is not going to follow through on because they’re WEAK AND STUPID! JUST EAT AND LIFT! PUSH AWAY FROM THE TABLE FATTY! YOU JUST DON’T WANT IT BADLY ENOUGH! GENERIC FITNESS TRAINER CODEMNATION!
This is why so many trainers, including big names (like a certain person whose initials are Gillian Michaels), are frequently full of crap.
What they do “works” if they can successfully bully someone into following it, or trick their clients, fans, cult members into bullying themselves. If you’re like me, which is to say someone who is moderately sane (at least saner than a drunk rabbit), and has other priorities (not an athletic professional), you need something that you will actually do, and hence will actually work.
The truth is, people like you and me have been getting in better shape for a long time, without radically inconvenient diets, without energy sapping starvations diets, without gym memberships, and without sacrificing time spent at work or with friends or family. (Author’s Note: For the drunk rabbits out there, no I’m not saying gyms are bad or that you won’t have to spend time working out, work with me here).
Our goal is to provide you with the diet and fitness strategies that work. Really work.
